Equipped with the right applications, a computer can be of great help in virtually any domain of activity. When it comes to designing and precision, no other tool is as accurate as a computer. Moreover, specialized applications such as AutoCAD give you the possibility to design nearly anything ranging from art, to complex mechanical parts or even buildings.
Suitable for business environments and experienced users
After a decent amount of time spent installing the application on your system, you are ready to fire it up. Thanks to the office suite like interface, all of its features are cleverly organized in categories. At a first look, it looks easy enough to use, but the abundance of features it comes equipped with leaves room for second thoughts.
Create 2D and 3D objects
You can make use of basic geometrical shapes to define your objects, as well as draw custom ones. Needless to say that you can take advantage of a multitude of tools that aim to enhance precision. A grid can be enabled so that you can easily snap elements, as well as adding anchor points to fully customize shapes.
With a little imagination and patience on your behalf, nearly anything can be achieved. Available tools allow you to create 3D objects from scratch and have them fully enhanced with high-quality textures. A powerful navigation pane is put at your disposal so that you can carefully position the camera to get a clearer view of the area of interest.
Various export possibilities
Similar to a modern web browser, each project is displayed in its own tab. This comes in handy, especially for comparison views. Moreover, layouts and layers also play important roles, as it makes objects handling a little easier.
Sine the application is not the easiest to carry around, requiring a slightly sophisticated machine to properly run, there are several export options put at your disposal so that the projects itself can be moved around.
Aside from the application specific format, you can save as an image file of multiple types, PDF, FBX and a few more. Additionally, it can be sent via email, directly printed out on a sheet of paper, or even sent to a 3D printing service, if available.
To end with
All in all, AutoCAD remains one of the top applications used by professionals to achieve great precision with projects of nearly any type. It encourages usage with incredible offers for student licenses so you get acquainted with its abundance of features early on. A lot can be said about what it can and can't do, but the true surprise lies in discovering it step-by-step.
AutoCAD 19.1 Crack Activation Code
The first AutoCAD ran on the RCA Studio II, but was soon followed by the Apple II, IIe, IIcx, IIgs, IIci and IIciX systems. AutoCAD is also available for the Mac, Unix, Linux, Android and iOS platforms. For 2018, Autodesk estimates there are 20 million AutoCAD users around the world.

Learn AutoCAD Basics
1. Open the file
Before you start to use AutoCAD for the first time, you must install and run the AutoCAD program. You can find more information on the installation process here.
2. Start the drawing
To open the file, use the Open button in the bottom right corner.
To start the drawing, press the drawing’s default shortcut key Ctrl+P. This is also known as the “Windows” key + P.
Pressing Ctrl+P opens the new drawing. The new drawing is called the project. You can now start editing the object, and adding text, dimensions and annotations to the drawing.
3. Open the property sheets
The drawing’s property sheets are opened by clicking the down-pointing arrow next to the Open button, and then clicking the Properties button, or pressing Ctrl+1.
The drawing’s property sheet is a special window that displays all the settings for a specific object. You use property sheets to add or modify object properties. For example, you can change the object’s color, add or remove layers, change the scale or add text. You can also switch to the drawing’s screen layout.
4. Move the active object
You can select a specific object with the arrows in the top corner of the screen. To move the active object, hold down the space bar and drag the object to the desired location on the screen. You can also select several objects with the Shift key and then drag them to a desired location.
5. Rotate the active object
To rotate the object, hold down the Ctrl key and click the mouse button in the direction of the rotation, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+R. The object rotates.
6. Save the drawing

Platform Specific APIs
AutoCAD supports a variety of underlying platforms:
Windows is the only supported environment for the professional versions.
Microsoft Windows supports a “thin” layer between AutoCAD and Windows, called COM. COM is a standard for interprocess communication that is used in the Windows environment. It is supported on all Windows versions. AutoCAD COM objects are used for communication between AutoCAD applications (AutoCAD or third-party AutoCAD-based applications) and AutoCAD itself, as well as the various Windows applications (such as a Windows control panel, Windows Explorer, etc.). AutoCAD COM objects are called ActiveX controls or.NET objects (one of the two).
AutoCAD can be run directly on a UNIX workstation (that supports the xWindow System (X11)).
AutoCAD can be run on a Macintosh through Apple’s Macintosh Application Program Interface (API) (Macintosh OS X) and the Carbon framework. On a Mac, AutoCAD can be used to generate VIs for Quickdraw, Apple’s vector graphics API (previously called QD).
For the R2000 release, the Carbon API was replaced with the Cocoa API (known as Mac App). The API is the de facto standard in Mac OS X and supports the same functionality as the Carbon API. This makes it possible to run AutoCAD 2000 on Mac OS X. The Mac App interface also supports the same font enhancements that were introduced in AutoCAD 2000 for Windows.
Unix & Linux AutoCAD users can install the native AutoCAD on Linux through the Wine project.

The present invention relates to a method of and an apparatus for processing a substrate by supplying a reactive gas (e.g., a chemical gas) to a substrate processing chamber, and, more particularly, to an etching method and an etching apparatus applicable to a substrate processing apparatus that supplies a reactive gas to a substrate processing chamber for processing the substrate (such as a semiconductor wafer or the like) by etching (chemical vapor etching, plasma etching, sputter etching or the like).
In a conventional method of and an apparatus for processing a substrate by supplying a reactive gas to a substrate processing chamber, a substrate processing chamber is evacuated before the substrate is loaded into the substrate processing chamber. Then, a predetermined amount of reactive gas is introduced into the substrate processing chamber. The reactive gas is activated by high-frequency electric discharge to form plasma, and the plasma thus formed is used to etch the substrate by plasma etching.
In recent years, however, the etching treatment of a substrate has been difficult to keep stable as the size of the substrate is increased in scale, with a result that etching nonuniformity occurs in the substrate, which causes a problem of etching nonuniformity in the substrate.
Particularly, there have been serious problems of nonuniformity of the etching rate in the case of etching the photoresist on a semiconductor wafer, and nonuniformity of etching depth due
With the Graphical User Interface (GUI), you can navigate and control AutoCAD much like you would in an office program. (video: 1:45 min.)
